Summary: At the moment of check-in I was greeted by friendly staff and all said hello! The manager helped me at check in and allowed me to check in a little early. Our first room the air conditioner went out and within minutes maintenance was at our door. We had to switch rooms but the transition was seemless. The beds are very comfy, bathroom is spacious and I love the body wash/cream they have. There is a restaurant and small store inside the hotel. They have a shuttle to the airport that starts at 4:00am! Overall amazing stay

Summary: Checking was so great! She offered us warm cookies and bottles of water. The room was bigger than most basic rooms, it was quiet and comfortable! Just what we needed after a long travel day!

Summary: I took my grandkids to the Stray Kids concert. We had a blast! We all enjoyed our stay. There was a little difficulty getting adjoining rooms, but the amazing staff prevailed! I was told to keep checking, and I did. We were only separated for one night. I called the next night and the woman I spoke with asked if we were able to change rooms immediately. I said yes, she said come get the room key, and BAM, we had adjoining rooms!! I think the Staff made every effort to make sure we were satisfied. I asked the kids I they would rather have stayed at an "Air B&B" They said no, they were happy to be staying there! I was hoping to be able to rate our stay. I am happy to tell you all THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU'RE A GREAT TEAM! I would happily recommend you to everyone. The only thing we missed out on was swimming, but that was on us! Also, we did have difficulty with parking. I think it was because of the concert. There was no alternative parking. Fortunately, we did find a parking space after the concert. Whew!

Summary: Great staff, easy to check-in and get settled in. We arrived a few hours early for check-in. The staff quickly checked our bags and they were there when we returned. Only a few issues. The staff did not remind us the adjoining parking lot payment machine is not connected to the hotel, so you must make sure you let staff know you have already paid for your parking - otherwise you will get charged by the hotel and from the machine. There was no body wash soap in the large shower bottle. There was also no blanket or pillows in the room for the couch bed available in the suite. After a long day, we had to call to get it delivered. It was promptly delivered to our room, but for what we paid - the room should be stocked and ready.

Summary: Everything is super expensive. They think a lot of themselves. A ice cream was 10 bucks. A small wallmart water was 5 bucks. The guy checking us out this morning was really rude. Wouldn't even acknowledge we were speaking to him. Close to airport though.
